Spot The Dog

£175.00

| /

1st painted for his son Joe in the 1980s, Spot the Dog is one of Mike’s most popular images and is a story using many different themes. Women’s relationship and tenderness with dogs; the primal urge of the dog to be with another dog; the ‘other’ dog seemingly disinterested and independent; the freshness and space of the beach, sky and sea and Mike’s signature use of the beach hut from times spent as a kid at Brighton;

Rendered in all the primal colours the visual representation is one of joy and optimism and will add life to any room.

About Our Prints

We use the finest Hahnemühle Art Canvas for our canvas prints.

The Art Canvas Smooth is a natural white, poly-cotton canvas and guarantees archival standards.

With Mike’s images using a vivid, rich and bright colour palette the Hahnemühle Art Canvas Smooth meets the highest industry standards regarding density, colour gamut, colour graduation and image sharpness.

Printing Process

We use UV-stable inks to minimise print fading. Additionally, each canvas print we provide is coated with a UV and water-resistant top coat. This coating seals the ink and canvas, offering protection not only against sun damage and moisture but also against airborne contaminants.

All of our prints are carried out using UV stable pigment inks. These inks typically last much longer and are more resistant to fading than non-UV stable inks. This helps to preserve the quality of your art for decades to come.
